We are immediately looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our friendly team in Hull, HU3 2BN. Your pay rate as a Manufacturing Operative will be: £16.47 to £28.04 per hour.

Day to day life as a Manufacturing Operative:

  • Responsible for safely and competently operating the film processes.
  • Reporting to the Cell Manager.
  • Carrying out all duties required to efficiently operate the film processes whilst continually improving our standards towards being a World Class Operation.

Our client is a Global Medical Technology business with operations in 33 countries. They develop and market advanced medical devices that help health care professionals treat patients more effectively.

Typical hours as a Manufacturing Operative are: 2 Rotational shifts Monday to Friday, 8 hours shifts, days, afters 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm rotating weekly. 5 hours on Friday total 37 hours per week. Flexibility is required as you must be able to work all shift patterns.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Should be able to work with minimal supervision to the highest level of quality.
  • Have a basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures and practices.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing would be advantageous.
