We have a fantastic opportunity for you to as a part time HR Support in Gray\βs RM20 4XQ!
In the HR Support UK role, you will provide assistance and support to the HR team by providing support with a range of administrative tasks related to the site and HR administration. In addition, you support the managers on site with all HR-related administration. The position contributes to the achievement of various business objectives, where a focus is on advancing the organization\βs HR policy.
Payrate and shifts as an HR Support:
- Payrate: up to Β£14.42 per hour β based on experience
- Shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday β 8 hours per day; start/end time to be agreed at interview
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and supporting the HR Team and the HR processes as a whole.
- Providing support to colleagues on an administrative level
- Working together, in consultation with the Corporate HR Support, to set up and design communication tools for the local site, in accordance with the corporate identity
- Provide support for the correct personnel administration in accordance with current legislation and company rules and procedures
- Providing support in the input, management and administration of payroll processing for the UK site. This is in accordance with current legislation and company rules and procedures.
- Scheduling interviews
- Drawing up vacancies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition officer and in consultation with the Group HR manager and the relevant department head
- Actively looking for new employees
- Scheduling training for employees
- Supporting and contributing to the sustainable business values of the organization
Our Ideal candidate:
- Master\βs/bachelor\βs degree or equivalent by experience
- Any experience in a similar position is a bonus, but more important is your will to work and succeed in your job
- Works accurately and in detail
- Highly developed, demonstrable skills in the field of teamwork. Maintains a hands-on mentality
- Highly effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication
- KPI-driven
- Flexible attitude with a healthy sense of humour
- Can function in a multicultural and international environment
- Mastery of MS Office
- Speaks and writes English fluently, other languages are beneficial
- Is proactive and knows how to detect opportunities
