We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Administrator in Winsford, CW7 3PZ. Immediate start available.
Your pay rate as a full time Administrator: You will be paid £***** per hour.
Typical working hours as a full time Administrator: You will be working Monday to Thursday from 19:45 until 06:15.
Your role as a full time Administrator:
- To perform the requirements of the role to a 'right first time, every time' methodology.
- To update relevant Warehouse Management systems with stock receipts, moves and discrepancies in accordance with the relevant Work Instructions.
- To report all identified issues or problems to your Team Leader in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all requests or instructions communicated by your Team Leader/Manager, in relation to duties, policies and procedures are carried out in full.
- Use correct Manual Handling techniques when handling containers, boxes and parts.
- To operate company equipment in a safe and proper fashion and in accordance with company policies, procedures and legislation.
- To wear company work wear, equipment and personal protective equipment as required.
- To support the operation in achieving Vantec and customer requirements in the contract Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- To attend shift briefings, to understand KPI's on areas Performance Boards and to raise issues for resolution by team.
- To ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, Company policies and procedures, standing instructions and contract practices.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- The individual should be computer literate, capable of working independently, and open to role changes as needed.
- Accuracy in their work is essential.
- The position may also involve heavy lifting and decanting of boxes and will be trained in all aspects of the operation.
