We are looking for a number of full-time Warehouse Operatives to join us at our reverse operation in Aylesford, ME20 7XH for our client. This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process, as well as tray wash operation, for one of the leading grocery supermarkets. The site is a fast-paced, diverse environment, with plenty of development opportunities available.
Pay and Benefits:
- Day shift: £12.21 per hour in the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.31 per hour + PAID BREAK (1HR)
- Night shift: £14.95 per hour in the first 12 weeks, increasing to £15.25 per hour + PAID BREAK (1HR)

Working Hours:
- Day shift: 6am until 6pm
- Night shift: 6pm until 6am
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This is a vital role in preparing plastic trays for re-use in the distribution of food items to the supermarket. The role will involve loading and unloading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt, which are then washed by an industrial washing machine. The trays are unloaded at the other end and returned to the suppliers. Other tasks will involve the recycling of plastic and cardboard by unloading from cages into a baling machine. The work is physical, so you must enjoy work of a physical nature.
