Overview
CTRG: Mansfield Hub are delighted to be in a brand new partnership with a leading retailer to support their warehouse recruitment in Bedford, MK42.
Main Duties
- Working to pick targets to order pick in the warehouse using LLOPs and scanners
- The work will include order picking of a number of household items, including alcohol products
- General warehousing duties such as packing, wrapping, palletising etc.
- Loading and unloading of containers
- General housekeeping and use of MHE such as PPTs and LLOPs
We are actively recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a long term / temp to perm basis and we have the following shifts available:
Shifts
- Rotational shift 0600 – 1400 & 1400 – 2200 Monday to Friday
Pay
- Base rate ÂŁ12.40 per hour
- Overtime ÂŁ14.40 per hour during October, increasing to ÂŁ16.40 during November and December
- Overtime paid after 37.5 hours in the week
- Performance related pay is also available with up to ÂŁ3 per hour additional available
Pick targets are realistic and achievable. This is an excellent opportunity for a permanent job at the end of the 3 month period with the agency and after 3 months with our client there are lots of opportunities for progression and development.
Induction
We have weekly inductions available each week on a Monday, with immediate starts thereafter.
