CTRG are looking to employ a Transport Supervisor for one of their clients based in Warrington.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours of Work: Day and Night shifts
Pay rate: £16 Days, £17 Nights
Job Role:
- To co-ordinate the transport admin operations of the depot in order to achieve business objectives and the needs of the customer.
- Data input.
- To ensure all drivers are arriving on time, be responsible for the tracking of the trunking operation and C2C operation.
- To ensure all administrative duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- To ensure that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both internal and external customers as required e.g. debrief of drivers, dealing with customer issues etc.
- To use all IT based systems in the effective delivery of their role.
- To demonstrate the Company Values in the undertaking of their role.
- To undertake any other reasonable task as required.
- To always display the highest standards of customer service.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or data processing role desired.
- Knowledge on tacho laws is desirable but not essential.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Well organised.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work individually and also as part of a team.
