CTRG is recruiting a Production Operative for a well-established food manufacturer in Sunderland on a permanent contract from day one.

The role offers full training, competitive pay and clear progression opportunities in a fast-paced facility.

Shifts are rotating (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) across 7 days, with overtime paid after 36.66 hours.

You’ll work in a safety-driven environment, focusing on quality, hygiene and teamwork.
