Requirements: MUST HAVE TRANSPORT KNOWLEDGE and ADMIN BACKGROUND
Shift Patterns:
- Mon-Fri
- Start time between 6:00 and 08:30
- End times between 16:00 and 17:30
Ongoing work for the right candidate
Pay rates: £13.86 p/h
Pay Weekly
Pay Type: PAYE, accrue holidays
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning team with operational requests
- Monitoring and sharing knowledge on Transport Management systems
- Analyzing routes produced from the planning tool and advising the planning team on what can be done differently
- Dealing with escalations from customers and internal help desk
- Pointing requests into the correct direction for answers
- Building a knowledge of operational and planning to have cover for planners during annual leave
Skills and Experience:
- IT literate
- Flexible working hours
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel & Word)
- Transport knowledge is required
Behaviours:
- Work as part of a team
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable with working to deadlines
