Overview
Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Warehouse Operative? If so, we have full time positions available for an immediate start in Northampton, NN4 9EX working on behalf of a well-known British Supermarket! You will be working in a Freezer environment at around -25 degrees.
Pay rate
- Night shift pre 12 weeks: £16.15
- Night shift post 12 weeks: £16.90
- Day shift pre 12 weeks £13.85, post 12 weeks: £14.60
- Saturday Shift Premium £0.25p/h Sunday Shift Premium £0.50p/h
- Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly
- Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30)
- Weekly pay - every Friday
- 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
- Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required
Typical hours
- Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
- Day shift 06:00-14:00
- Late shift 14:00-22:00
- Rota: Given 1 year in advance
Duties and Responsibilities
- Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
- Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
- Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness

- Previous Freezer warehouse experience is desirable
