CTRG are recruiting for a Transport Administrator in Coventry. This role supports both the primary and secondary transport operations, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to customers. Reporting to the Transport Shift Managers, the position involves working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will typically work Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00; however, flexibility may be required to meet business needs. Paid Hourly Rate: £13.00
About this role:
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers via phone and email
- Use systems (such as ESP/ GTS/ SAP/ DLOG/ Drive Safe) to input data and generate reports
- Conduct driver briefings and debriefings
- Maintain a positive and engaging approach with drivers
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Deliver a customer-focused service at all times
- Provide the Customer Service team with confirmation updates
- Maintain and update KPI spreadsheets
- Apply knowledge of drivers' hours regulations
Key objectives:
- Driver communication/phone calls and logging accurate information.
- KPI reporting - Accurate data and reports.
- Driver debrief - System updates.
- Supporting the Transport Shift Managers to run the shift efficiently.
