We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Grimsby, DN37 9TS.

Pay rates and typical working hours:

  • Standard Days: £12.53 p/h
  • Nights: £13.03 p/h
  • Overtime: £16.66 p/h

Following are the shift patterns in rotation:

  • Flexible shifts available
  • 12 hours shifts
  • Mornings: 06:00am until 18:00pm
  • Nights: 18:00pm until 06:00am
  • Weekend shifts available Days or Nights

What do we expect from you as a Production Operative:

  • Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert)
  • Be able to clearly communicate
  • Good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly
  • Respect at work: Respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct
  • Respect company property
  • Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
  • Report any near misses or hazards to your manager
  • Protect yourself and protect others
