Accounts Payable Clerk

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Accounts Payable Clerk in Ebbwvale, NP23 6PL Your pay rate as a full time Accounts Payable Clerk: You will be paid £13.50 per hour, paid weekly, 12 month duration Typical working hours as a full time Accounts Payable Clerk: You will be working the day shift. Shift times will be confirmed at interview Your role as a full time Accounts Payable Clerk: Responsible for processing all purchase invoices: direct, indirect, UK and foreign Responsible for checking and correcting all cost centre and cost element coding for accurate financial reporting Processing supplier debit notes Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries Timely scanning of purchase ledger related documents Reconciliation of key supplier statements Checking and clearing GR/IR accounts Preparation and posting of month end accruals General ledger journals General ledger analysis Control and processing of petty cash Purchase card – statement processing Processing travel expense claims Administration duties e.g. opening department post Support the SAP migration project as required Other duties as required What we are looking for in a suc…
