STOCK ADMINISTRATOR FOR WAREHOUSE REQUIRED ROTATING SHIFTS – 06-00 TO 14.00 AND 14.00 TO 22.00 IMMEDIATE START – LONG CONTRACTS Area B46 1AL. Coleshill Hams Hall – Must have strong Stock Admin Background Rate – £11.44 – Must be able to cover both shifts Key Responsibilities. Previous Admin Experience within warehouse environment is a must. Receipting of all in bound and external loads. Monitoring Stock Levels Monitoring Damaged Stock. Internal Stock – Processing all orders for dispatch Checking picking levels is a priority for delivery. Using the relevant Microsoft systems Good communication Ability to priorities work Speaking to Colleagues and internal/ external departments / clients Prepare stock consolidation to fully utilise warehouse capacity Reconcile stock discrepancies and report accordingly Investigate picking errors. – good communication with Temps and WorkersExperience required 1 year Swisslog, SAP LES Red Prairie systems Flexible approach to working hours.
