An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Coordinator looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge TRG Group.

On-Site Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily management of active headcount to ensure fulfilment of requirements are met
  • Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues
  • Processing of candidate applications, from job advertisement through to managing applications
  • Provide training and induction to new employees
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers
  • Manage, coach and develop the onsite team

As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills (Essential)
  • Experience in Outlook, Excel and Word (Essential)
  • Full driving license or be able to commute to SR2 9TE without relying on public transportation (Essential)
  • Flexible approach to working hours. Evenings, early mornings and weekend working will be required (Essential)
  • Previous experience as team leader or supervisor (Desirable)
  • Experience in a food production environment (Desirable)
