Challenge-trg are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in Hamshall B46 1JU. We are recruiting to cover AM & PM shift patterns.
AM start times: 02.30am - 05.00am
Nights start times: 17.00pm - 22.00pm
7 day coverage
Weekend shifts available
Job Role: The job will consist of a variety of store work & trunking. Fridge experience is required. Class 2 work may be required when necessary. Clean work.
Rates:
- PAYE Rates
- Days: £16.00 or £17.93
- Nights: £17.00 or £19.05
- Saturdays: £18.00 or £20.17
- Sundays: £19.00 or £21.29
What the HGV driver can expect:
- Weekly Pay
- Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours
- Hourly Pay
- 24-hour assistance night operation team
The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver:
- A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for a minimum of 1 year required
- A valid Drivers CPC Card
- A digital tachograph card
- A full understanding of WTD legislation
- Reliable and excellent time keeping
- Flexible with start times & working days
