You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen. You enjoy leading the brigade to produce high quality dishes that are prepared and presented with pride and precision. You will manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Kitchen Manager with ensuring the Line Chefs are trained on new menus and comply with all operating standards.
