You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section. You enjoy leading your section, Chefs De Partie and Commis Chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
