You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel. You enjoy supervising and delivering front office operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. Are you an ambitious hotelier, with some experience leading a team or ready for your first leadership position? Do you have passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills? Then this is the job for you!
