The hotel has just finished a transformational refurbishment, updating all of its Food & Beverage outlets, Bedrooms, Public Areas and Meeting Space, setting us well on our way to becoming Europe's Leading Conference & Event's Hotel!

You will join the kitchen brigade, working in the Pastry section of the kitchen. You enjoy leading the kitchen brigade to produce high-quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets. Are you an experienced Chef, with great leadership skills, passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade? Then this is the job for you!

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef
  • Experience with high volume food production
  • Approaches pastry in a creative way
  • Strong supervisory skills
