The hotel has just finished a transformational refurbishment, updating all of its Food & Beverage outlets, Bedrooms, Public Areas and Meeting Space, setting us well on our way to becoming Europe's Leading Conference & Events Hotel! Following the completion of the refurbishment, the hotel now boasts 1,100 bedrooms, a state of the art fitness centre, four unique restaurants and bars, 35+ meeting rooms, including three ballrooms, with capacity for over 1,350 guests as well as an exclusive event space with unparalleled breath-taking skyline views across London.

This role offers flexible remote working: you will need to be in the hotel to host clients but can also work from home as agreed with the team and Sales Director.
What will I be doing?
The Corporate Sales Manager is a proactive role within the sales team responsible for creating strong relationships with existing IBT clients, whilst proactively developing new business opportunities. The ideal person will be engaging, love interacting with people and have a hunger for finding new business. Typical tasks for this role would include:
- Be an ambassador for the largest Hilton outside of the US, driving our repositioning message to our local and global accounts
- Conduct sales research, presentations and sales activity via audio and virtual calls, hotel show rounds, entertaining clients, attending relevant office visits, client evenings and fam trips to build relationships and grow market share
- Account Management of assigned IBT partners, including UK & International corporate clients & TMCs, whilst seeking out new opportunities to drive revenue
- Analysis of market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads including hotelligence and local area mapping
- Travel to meet clients, share the story of the repositioning and drive business into the hotel
- Strong commercial outlook to work within current business strategies and recognise potential opportunities
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience and share understanding of the key needs of our Corporate clients
- Produce accurate and timely reports and presentations that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management

- A team player, we work closely with both our reservations, front desk and F&B teams and Hilton Worldwide Sales above property teams.
- Your ability to connect with these teams to drive results will be a key driver in your success in the role
- Proven experience in securing new IBT business opportunities
- Positive attitude and resilience to finding new business in a competitive market
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to clearly articulate the value proposition of the newly repositioned hotel
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous projects and under own initiative
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Strong contacts and knowledge within the local & international corporate / IBT market
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
