You will assist in all aspects of compliance to ensure the safety and security of the Hotel, providing protection and a sense of wellbeing to all guests and Team Members, upholding the mission and values of Hilton and delivering excellent customer experiences and a safe working environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Ensure a safe, secure environment is provided for team members, guests, visitors and contractors at all times.
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
  • Ensure that all prescribed and designed process, systems and standards are maintained.
  • Ensure the security log books and incident reports are maintained and completed.
  • Take responsibility for all incidents within the hotel and manage them in compliance with internal policies and legislation.
  • Ensure that all activities are in compliance with national laws and regulations, and Hilton operating policies, processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Security experience / or related experience with customer service experience
  • All required Government licenses (Door Supervisor SIA License) / Certificates / Passed Identity and Criminal Records checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public First Aid
  • CCTV Monitoring (Where applicable)
