Already a £22m packaging manufacturer and distributor, we’re targeting £30m within the next five years, and our online division is central to making that happen. As part of the Logson Group, the UK’s largest independent corrugated packaging group (£400m turnover), we combine the stability of a major organisation with the agility of an entrepreneurial business. Now, we’re looking for a talented E‑Commerce Manager to take our digital division to the next level.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll own and drive our e‑commerce strategy, managing everything from online sales performance and customer journey optimisation to digital marketing, platform improvements, and product merchandising. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and IT, to accelerate growth and deliver a seamless online experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead our e‑commerce growth strategy and online revenue performance.
- Manage website optimisation, UX improvements, and conversion enhancements.
