- Bring structure, judgement and momentum to our new business approach
This is a role for someone who is comfortable working independently, spotting the right opportunities, and knowing which ones not to chase.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading new business in an agency environment
- Confidence selling strategy, creative and complex marketing engagements
- Strong commercial judgement and relationship-building skills
- A network you know how to use thoughtfully
- Seniority, credibility and a low-ego approach
This role is not suitable for account managers looking to move into sales , or junior new business profiles.
Why Challenge
- A clear, differentiated proposition
- Momentum and genuine growth
- Senior-level access and autonomy
- Flexible engagement shaped around the right person
- A values-led agency that prioritises trust, clarity and long-term relationships
How to apply
We’re deliberately keeping this informal. If this sounds like the right fit, or you’d like an initial conversation, please get in touch directly.
- Alternatively, if you know someone exceptional, we’d welcome an introduction.
