Experience: 5 years+ in similar agency role. B2B virtual/physical events a focus.

Location: Fully remote but must be local for team meet-ups and client meetings.
We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Account Manager or Account Director who thrives in a fast-moving, creative agency environment. If you love owning client relationships, driving multi-channel campaigns, delivering results, commanding CRM systems and the data loop and have a sense of humour whilst doing it – you’ll fit right in.
At the agency we’re all about engagement—helping B2B brands connect, stand out, and convert. As a fully remote agency, we combine creativity with data to deliver high-impact marketing across digital, content, and events.
Now, we need an experienced client handler to help drive our marketing success—someone who’s as comfortable leading strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning key client relationships – Be the go-to for B2B clients, guiding their marketing strategy and ensuring flawless execution.
- Marketing automation & CRM – Use Pardot and Salesforce etc to manage campaigns and track performance.
- Leading multi-channel marketing – Oversee digital, content, and event-based campaigns that deliver real impact.
- Managing multiple online events – Play a critical role in planning and running several virtual events each month, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Copywriting & messaging – Write engaging marketing and sales emails (guidance provided) to help clients reach the right audience.
- Project oversight – Work closely with our Senior Project Manager to keep everything on track.
- Spotting growth opportunities – Identify ways we can expand client accounts and add value.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a marketing agency or client-side role managing multi-channel B2B campaigns.
- Tech & CRM-savvy – An expert with marketing automation platforms like Pardot/Salesforce.
- Confident client handler – You know how to present ideas, lead discussions, and build strong relationships.
- Marketing & digital know-how – A strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing.
- Strong event management skills – Comfortable running multiple online events every month.
- Great writing skills – Able to craft engaging emails and campaign content with guidance.
- Super organised – Juggles multiple projects with ease, keeping everything moving at pace.
- Based within a 1-hour commute of Woking, Surrey – for occasional in-person team and client meetings.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
