Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Taking inbound calls
- Dealing with general enquirers
- Making outbound calls to candidates looking for work
- Dealing with administration duties
- Matching candidates to vacancies and specific companies
- Registering candidates
- Building strong relationship with candidates and clients
- Offering excellent service to candidates and clients
- Must have own transport and drivers licence
- We are looking for someone who is interested in the recruitment industry and would like to progress within our company.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times and represent Challenge Group’s values and professionalism consistently
- Adhere to all business and client compliance
- Be able to work 5 days out of 7 working hours to support the business needs
