Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist role located in Cobham. The Sales Specialist will work directly with customers, providing expert advice and support to address their requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, assisting in product selection, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, training staff members, and streamlining sales operations to improve efficacy and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven experience in sales and a solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Team leadership or sales management experience, with the ability to train and guide colleagues.
- Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of the fencing and landscaping industry is advantageous.
- Capability to work efficiently in an on‑site environment and willingness to assist across different operational needs.
