Our client, a reputable and busy accident repair centre, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team. As a leader in the automotive industry, our client is committed to providing top-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in vehicle damage assessment and a deep understanding of the repair process. They will be responsible for accurately assessing and estimating the damage to vehicles involved in accidents, ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough and accurate damage assessments on vehicles that have been involved in accidents, including identifying all necessary repairs and providing detailed estimates
– Work closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are obtained for repairs
– Collaborate with the repair team to develop repair plans and timelines, ensuring that all repairs are completed within budget and on schedule
– Monitor the progress of repairs and make any necessary adjustments to the repair plan to ensure quality and efficiency
– Maintain accurate records of all assessments, estimates, and repairs, and provide regular updates to management and customers

Qualifications and Skills:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre

– Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals and insurance policies
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Valid driver\’s license and clean driving record
