WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have current ATA Vehicle Damage Assessment accreditation this is non-negotiable
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a VDA in a busy Bodyshop environment
- Proven track record with insurance company liaison and estimate preparation
- Full, clean driving licence
- Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Experience with Audatex or similar estimating systems
- Additional automotive qualifications
