We are currently seeking bus drivers for morning and afternoon school runs in the Ashford area. Work a few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon, and have the middle part of the day and school holidays at your leisure. Enjoy having a regular job with familiarity and stability. We have a small department in Ashford, so you can collect the vehicle from there every day.

Ongoing Payment
There are two options for payment. We can either pay drivers just on the days worked (roughly 190 school days per year) or we can spread payment over 52 weeks to give a more regular income. Spreading the payment over 52 weeks gives the same amount of total income over a year, but can also help those who claim tax credits or other benefits.
Standard PCV
Daily rate when paid for days worked only. Figures exclude holiday pay, which is paid as extra.
Enhanced PCV
Daily rate when paid over 52 weeks. Figures exclude holiday pay, which is paid as extra.
Other information
School bus drivers are welcome to additional work at weekends etc., which is paid at the relevant hourly/daily rate as per the full-time rates. Optional weekend work is available, including rail replacement services, coach hire and various other duties.
