As part of our growth, we are always looking our next superstar apprentice to join our team.
A Chalkline apprenticeship is a full-time role based in our head office in Borehamwood (North London / Hertfordshire). The scheme includes both on-the-job training and regular off-the-job training.
You would be working directly with our clients and would be exposed to the latest & greatest technologies including: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows, macOS, desktop & server management tools and networking products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, and having a basic understanding of IT systems would be great. Having a valid driver’s license and access to a car is beneficial, but not crucial.
Once you pass your apprenticeship, you will hit the ground running as a full-time employee in our team, but your learning doesn’t stop there! We’ll work with you to create a personal development plan and check in regularly to keep you on track.
We’re looking for apprentices to join our team in the following roles:
- Technical Apprentice – handling support incidents, carrying out regular checks on our clients’ infrastructure and facilitating client projects
- Project Management Apprentice – handling communications between the Chalkline teams and our clients to provide an excellent project experience
- Account Management Apprentice – working with our customers to help them get the most out of their service
