What We Do

Chalkline Education works closely with learners who need an alternative approach to education. Through tailored one‑to‑one support, we create safe, engaging environments where students can rediscover a love of learning and achieve meaningful progress—academically and personally.

Your Role in Our Team

  • Delivering one‑to‑one tuition in home or community settings
  • Creating personalised learning plans that meet each student's individual needs
  • Supporting learners to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 teaching or TA qualification (PTLLS equivalent) or QTS
  • Experience working with children or young people, especially those outside mainstream education
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
