We are now looking for passionate and dedicated Outreach Tutors to join our growing team in Nuneaton.
What We Do
Chalkline Education works closely with learners who need an alternative approach to education. Through tailored one‑to‑one support, we create safe, engaging environments where students can rediscover a love of learning and achieve meaningful progress—academically and personally.
Your Role in Our Team
- Delivering one‑to‑one tuition in home or community settings
- Creating personalised learning plans that meet each student’s individual needs
- Supporting learners to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
- Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 teaching or TA qualification (PTLLS equivalent) or QTS
- Experience working with children or young people, especially those outside mainstream education
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commitment to making a lasting impact
