The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate team in delivering a broad range of corporate legal services, including corporate agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture arrangements, share option schemes, family investment companies, family charters, and corporate reorganisations.
- Play a key role in transactional matters, acting for a range of clients including serial acquirers, private equity-backed businesses pursuing buy-and-build strategies, and clients undertaking corporate disposals.
- Advise and support clients on a variety of corporate matters.
