Chalk Hill Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established business, based in Bracknell, who are seeking a highly-organised Compliance Administrator to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an eye for detail to play a vital role in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse property portfolio.

As Compliance Administrator, you will support the management of all property compliance activities, ensuring inspections, certifications, and maintenance records are accurately maintained and statutory obligations are met.

Key responsibilities include

  • Maintaining compliance records and databases across multiple properties.
  • Monitoring compliance areas including Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Water Hygiene
  • Tracking certification expiry dates and arranging renewals.
  • Uploading, reviewing and validating compliance certificates and service reports.
  • Liaising with contractors to schedule inspections and remedial works.
  • Obtaining quotations and following up outstanding documentation.
  • Monitoring compliance KPIs and escalating overdue actions.
  • Supporting internal and external compliance audits.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for compliance-related enquiries.
