The Role

- Drive robust financial controls, reporting and governance throughout the transition
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interim Finance Director within PE-backed business
- Demonstrable track record of leading carve-outs or business separations
- Strong stakeholder management with investors, lenders and senior executives
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace
