Chalk Hill Group has an immediate requirement has for an experienced Interim Finance Director to join a profitable, private equity-backed SME business based in North London.
This is a critical leadership appointment supporting the business through a significant carve-out, requiring a commercially astute finance leader who can add value from day one.
The Role Lead the finance function through a complex carve-out process Partner closely with the CEO, Board and PE investors Provide strategic and operational financial leadership Drive robust financial controls, reporting and governance throughout the transition Requirements Proven experience as an Interim Finance Director within PE-backed businesses Demonstrable track record of leading carve-outs or business separations Strong stakeholder management with investors, lenders and senior executives Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace
Package: £550-650 per day, outside IR35 North London 3 days per week on-site Immediate start – candidates must be available on 1–2 weeks' notice This is an exclusive assignment, and the process is moving quickly.
