Chalk Hill Group are partnering with an established organisation, based in Bournemouth, in their search for a Finance Analyst to join their Finance team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the mapping and reconciliation of their ERP system, ensuring data accuracy across multiple entities.
- Assist with system configuration, maintenance, testing and data modelling.
- Help automate reporting processes and build structures to support the preparation of consolidated group accounts and financial statement notes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
- Contribute to wider finance transformation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and improvements are delivered effectively.
About You:
- Ideally someone studying ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong financial systems experience, alongside advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial reporting, including financial statements and notes to the accounts.
- Familiarity with financial consolidation or planning tools.
- A proactive problem-solver who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and communicate confidently with stakeholders across the business.
Hybrid working with only occasional visits to the office required.
