This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their experience within employment law, working alongside a highly regarded Partner and supporting a prestigious client base on a varied and interesting caseload. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Partner who has an excellent reputation in the market, gaining valuable exposure to high-quality work and sophisticated clients. Assisting with a varied caseload of employment law matters. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries. Supporting the preparation of Employment Tribunal claims and responses. Keeping up to date with developments in employment legislation and case law. Experienced in, or has a strong interest in, employment law. Ideally educated to degree level and/or has completed relevant legal qualifications. Previous paralegal or employment law experience is desirable, but we are also interested in candidates with transferable legal experience and a genuine interest in developing their career within employment law.
