A privately owned award winning House Builder is actively seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build Housing project based in the South Lincolnshire/Peterborough area.
The job is a traditional build and up to 50 units.
You will be responsible for the running of the job in accordance with program and budget and achieving CML's, with a direct and sub contract labour force underneath you, supported by a highly experienced Contracts Manager.
