Due to internal promotion, a privately owned Main Contractor, specialising in the new build care home sector, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 2 projects in the South.

Coming from a proven track record of on time completions on care home jobs on JCT, up to Β£12M, you will be responsible for leading site management teams by example, ensuring that the programme is adhered to as well as liaising with the client.
