Are you the type of marketer who gets a buzz from seeing numbers go up, a scroll turn into a sale, and a creator’s post tagging your product go viral? Do you know your Shopify from your Shopify Plus, your Amazon A+ from your Premium A+, and how to get a TikTok Shop creator to actually drive revenue, not just views? Have you been in the TikTok Shop trenches — dealing with creators, testing ads, jumping on Lives, and figuring out what actually converts? If you answered “Yes” (or even “Duh, obviously,”) keep reading.
About the role
We’re a fast-growing UK supplements brand with multi-million-pound turnover, looking for a Marketing Executive who’s equal parts creative, data-driven, and commercially switched on. You’ll be a part of running TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, crafting ad copy, product listings, creator/affiliate outreach that leads to conversions, and making sure our brand stays sharp across all platforms. But the real focus here is TikTok Shop. You’ll be deep in it. Working with creators, supporting Lives, testing ads, and helping turn TikTok into a serious revenue channel. We’re not a slow corporate machine. We’re a fast-moving business still operating like a startup. That means pace, ownership, and getting things done without having your hand held (sorry if that sounds harsh but we need someone who will start as they mean to go on.)
What you’ll be doing (aka making magic happen)
- Working on the ins-and-outs of Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
- TikTok Shop execution (this is where you earn your stripes)
- Creator outreach and management
- Affiliate performance
- Supporting and optimising TikTok Lives
- Testing what content actually converts
- Paid ads that don’t burn money
- Supporting and testing TikTok ads, understanding what drives ROI, and feeding insights back into content and offers.
- Affiliate marketing that actually performs
- Recruiting creators, building relationships, and making sure our network is active, motivated, and driving sales.
- Ad creation that doesn’t suck
- Writing and shaping ads, emails, and creative that people don’t ignore.
- Email marketing with personality
- If your idea of a subject line is 'Limited Offer – Don’t Miss Out', we’re probably not a match.
- Analytics obsession
- You should like numbers. More importantly, you should know what to do with them.
- Turning data into action
- Spot what’s working, fix what isn’t, and move fast.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in e-commerce marketing.
- TikTok Shop experience required, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central is a bonus.
- If you’ve ever refreshed a dashboard 50 times after launching something, we’ll get along.
- TikTok Shop experience (important.)
- You’ve worked with creators, supported Lives, or been involved in TikTok Shop in a real way. Not just watching from the side-lines.
- Creator / affiliate understanding.
- You know the difference between someone who gets views and someone who actually sells.
- Paid social exposure (especially TikTok.)
- You understand how ads, content, and creators connect.
- At least 2-3 years of marketing experience.
- Side hustles and real-world experience count.
- Copywriting skills.
- You can write in a way that sounds human and converts.
- A sense of urgency.
- We move fast. You should too.
- A sense of humour.
- No corporate robots.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Be part of shaping our new location and office space (the largest gummy supplement manufacturing site in Europe).
- Startup energy, real scale.
- We’re doing millions in revenue, but still operate lean and fast.
- Massive room for growth.
- If you excel, you won’t stay in this role long.
- Products people actually buy. Makes everything easier.
