What Growth Looks Like Day to Day
- Owning purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation — the financial backbone that lets us scale without the wheels coming off
- Keeping our data and records accurate across internal systems, so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork
- Being the voice of Chalice for customers and suppliers — phone, email, live chat — turning enquiries into relationships
- Driving traceability and compliance documentation that keeps us audit‑ready at all times, no scrambling
- Managing correspondence, filing, and office admin with a system, not just a pile
- Making sure every administrative process complies with policy — because as we scale, the details matter more, not less
- Supporting the internal and external communication that keeps a growing team aligned
What You Bring
- 5+ years in an administrative role
- A proactive streak: you spot what needs doing before you’re asked
- Genuine ownership — this role is yours to shape as the business grows
- The ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office
- You’re on‑site, Monday to Friday — because you want to be where the action is
