The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Support professional to join our satellite office on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain valuable experience in the investment sector. You will provide crucial support to our business development activities while managing key administrative functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information
- Organise and coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and follow-up activities
- Chase clients for responses, meetings, and outstanding actions
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Provide administrative support to the business development team and senior leadership
- Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Support the organisation of internal meetings and external events
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
