The Field Marketing team plans and executes events, demand generation campaigns, and product launches across commercial and public sector businesses globally.

Role Description: The Field Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of our global Field Marketing team. You'll own the systems, logistics, and processes that keep events running smoothly and campaigns properly attributed. This role directly supports regional field marketing leads by handling administrative and operational workload, freeing the team to focus on pipeline generation, event strategy, and stakeholder relationships. You'll report to the leader of Field Marketing in EMEA but partner across regions and time zones as a global resource.

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage Coupa end-to-end: purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice tracking, including coordination with non-English-speaking vendors in LATAM and EMEA.
  • Build and maintain campaigns in Splash, including recurring event cloning, multilingual pages, and list uploads for timely Salesforce campaign attribution.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as shipping, vendor management, and run-of-show documentation.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and Salesforce campaign data to support accurate pipeline attribution.
  • Reconcile budgets across regions and track spend against plan.
  • Prepare cross-functional communications and briefing documents for events and campaigns.
  • Provide direct execution support for South EMEA and North EMEA, the two fastest-growing event calendars in 2H.
  • Support post-event follow-up processes to accelerate sales coordination.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or event coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of keeping complex projects on track.
  • Comfort working across multiple regions and time zones.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • 20% travel ability including international travel.

Nice to have experience:

  • B2B or SaaS marketing experience.
  • Prior exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies.
  • Experience with budget tracking and vendor management across multiple currencies or regions.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.

Technologies we use: Salesforce, Coupa, Splash, Google Workspace, Asana, Goldcast.
