At Chainalysis, we are pioneering and launching blockchain analytics, web3 security and fraud prevention solutions that help organizations investigate illicit activity, and build the future of finance applications. As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, your work will focus on creating compelling product stories, demos, messaging, and collateral and helping take our newest innovations to the market. This role will focus on our web3 security and fraud prevention portfolio. You’ll collaborate across the organization to build launch moments, create compelling content that engage our current and future customers. As a key player in our go-to-market, you’ll partner closely with product managers, marketers, and revenue to help customers see the art of the possible with our products and services. A creative storyteller who can simplify the complex and connect technical details to customer problems and build polished assets that showcase solutions will excel in this position.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop a firm grasp of our market and product portfolio, becoming an expert in product
- Launch amazing innovations to the market, building impactful product demos for marketing moments and product launches
- Distill complexity into clarity and create compelling content for revenue teams including videos, slides, enablement materials, and talk tracks
- Partner with marketing to launch campaigns and bring our web3 security and fraud story to the world
- Help assess marketing and web analytics to optimize how customers learn about us and try our products
- Work with customer success managers to help customers learn about features and adopt them
- Collaborate closely with revenue enablement to train and guide revenue teams
- Identify opportunities to build process and frameworks to help teams coordinate effectively
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Extensive proven product marketing experience
- Knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency technology ecosystem
- Experience in web3 security or related cybersecurity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft stories, write impactfully, and demo product to showcase value
- A demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns
- Experience catering to financial services, government, and/or crypto-native audiences
- A knack for diving deep into products, experimenting, building, and providing feedback
- A high standard for visual styling and making presentations and demos look polished
