We are seeking a highly motivated Client Delivery Manager to strengthen our UK Client Engagement Team.
Role Purpose
In this pivotal role supporting our UK team, you will serve as a Client Delivery Manager, working directly with key accounts. You will collaborate directly with Client Engagement Managers as well as with our operational and functional teams globally to ensure seamless service delivery, client success, and operational excellence. Successful candidates will combine strong project management skills, consulting or corporate experience in either procurement or finance, with exceptional communication abilities and a proactive, hands‑on mentality.
You will support the development and execution of strategic plans, resolve complex issues with a hands‑on approach, and champion continuous improvement using data‑driven insights. Working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders, you will ensure resources align with business priorities and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support client relationships — ensuring consistent delivery of value and operational excellence.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to client success initiatives.
- Co‑manage relationships with client organizations and senior stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain governance structures to monitor performance and manage risk.
- Prepare and present monthly reports and execute corrective actions.
- Flag and manage resourcing issues to ensure both quantity and quality needs are met.
- Participate in internal huddles to ensure seamless alignment between teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience with multinational organizations (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong track record in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data for performance insights.
Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset, with leadership capabilities.
