Here, your voice matters - bold thinking is encouraged, and action follows ambition.

We are looking for an organised, curious and motivated early-career professional to join the UK Regional Sourcing Team, supporting Real Estate and Facilities Management procurement activity in a global client-facing environment.

This is an operationally focused role with a clear development pathway.

The successful candidate will provide structured administrative, compliance, reporting and process support across the procurement lifecycle, helping the team deliver high-quality sourcing outcomes while learning how professional procurement operates from the ground up.

The role sits within a highly regulated client environment, where accuracy, governance, documentation and stakeholder coordination are essential.

It is ideal for someone who may have limited procurement experience but is keen to build expertise, take ownership of repeatable processes and grow into a more senior operational sourcing role over time.

What You Will Do

  • Procurement Administration & Compliance
  • Carry out supplier risk checks and compliance activities in line with agreed processes and governance requirements.
  • Support the preparation of contract documentation for signature and manage contract uploads into Coupa, with full training provided.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, documentation and shared-drive folders across the procurement lifecycle.
  • Generate, maintain and update documentation in accordance with internal methodologies, work instructions and client requirements.
  • Help identify, record and monitor project risks, escalating issues early and supporting agreed mitigation actions.
  • Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Become a super-user in Coupa for contract workflows, uploads and administrative tasks.
  • Build strong working knowledge of KPMG JPPM, work instructions and detailed process workflows.
  • Take ownership of repeatable processes so colleagues can focus on more complex sourcing and stakeholder activity.
  • Identify practical ways to improve accuracy, reduce duplication and streamline administrative workload.
  • Reporting, Data & Presentation Support
  • Pull data from key Chain IQ and KPMG systems to support simple reporting and management updates.
  • Use Excel to organise data, build basic analysis and support spend, activity and compliance reporting.
  • Support the preparation of Power Point materials for internal reviews, client meetings and sourcing updates.
  • Maintain clear trackers and status updates so priorities, deadlines and risks are visible to the wider team.
  • Operational Sourcing Support
  • Support defined work packages and sourcing administration from initiation through to completion and handover.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams and third-party providers to support knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
  • Assist with market research, supplier engagement, tender support, evaluation preparation and contract administration as experience grows.
  • Support the development of structured project approaches tailored to client needs while learning how sourcing strategies are built.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • Degree education is desirable, but equivalent professional experience or strong potential will also be considered.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Excel, with a willingness to keep building technical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes accurately and maintain high-quality records.
  • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions, flagging issues and keeping colleagues updated.
  • Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset and a willingness to support colleagues across categories when needed.
  • Curious and proactive, with an interest in procurement, commercial operations, data, systems and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to business administration, data handling, contract documentation or regulated environments would be helpful but is not essential.
  • Understanding of source-to-contract or procure-to-pay processes is desirable, but training will be provided.
  • Able to commute into London at least three times a week.
  • Key Competencies
  • Accountable and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated by doing things properly.
  • Curious, eager to learn and comfortable building expertise step by step.
  • Practical problem-solver who looks for solutions rather than simply following process.
  • Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift or new requests arise.
  • Professional, discreet and trusted to handle client and supplier information appropriately.
  • Confident working independently while remaining closely connected to the wider team.
  • Development & Growth
  • Role

This role is intentionally designed as a development opportunity.

The successful candidate will receive training, coaching and exposure to procurement activity across facilities management, real estate, systems, compliance and client delivery.

Over time, they will have the opportunity to

  • Become a recognised expert in procurement systems, contract workflows and compliance processes.
  • Build confidence in sourcing support, supplier engagement, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Progress from structured operational support into a broader operational sourcing role.
  • Develop the commercial judgement, process discipline and client-facing confidence needed for future procurement career growth.
