We’re looking for a Team Manager to lead colleagues in our residential services — shaping homes where children and young people with complex disabilities feel safe, supported, and able to explore life-changing possibilities.
Location: North Chailey, BN8 4EF
Salary: From £35,526 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: 37 per week.

What You’ll Do
- As a Team Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire Support Workers and Senior Support Workers across residential services.
- Safeguard high standards of care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and CQC.
- Coach and develop colleagues, supporting their professional growth.
- Work with curiosity and innovation, helping us find new ways to nurture potential.
- Contribute to our growth journey as we expand services and open more opportunities.
