Rota Coordinator Location: Lewes Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per annum The Role Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment? At the Foundation, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs. As an experienced Rota/Shift Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring their services run seamlessly by effectively managing staff resources, rotas, and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Plan and Coordinate Rotas: Develop and manage shift rotas, ensuring sufficient coverage while accommodating absences and changing service needs. * Resourcing: Liaise with agency and bank colleagues, ensuring they are trained, compliant, and ready to support their teams. * Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training, attendance, and certifications, ensuring alignment with CQC and Ofsted standards. * Support Recruitment: Assist in the hiring and onboarding of colleagues, maintaining a robust resourcing plan.
