Hours: 21–37 per week | You could be scheduled on any of these shifts as part of our 4-week rota.
- Morning: 07:00–14:00
- Late: 13:45–21:00
- Split: 07:30–10:00 & 15:00–21:00

What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver care with compassion and creativity, helping children and young people flourish. Your role includes:
- Safeguarding: Keeping everyone safe and supported
- Health & wellbeing: Supporting eating, drinking, medication, and managing epilepsy
- Mobility: Assisting with powered mobility and equipment
- Intimate care: Maintaining dignity while meeting hygiene needs
- Activities & outings: Encouraging engagement in trips, adventures, and daily activities
With our comprehensive training, you’ll develop your skills while creating memorable, joyful experiences every day.

This role is perfect for someone who:
- Has a basic understanding of physical disabilities

- Can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Bonus points if you have experience working with individuals with disabilities or a willingness to drive Foundation vehicles.
